Join our extraordinary team today Current Product Maintenance (CPM) develops and implements product improvements as requested by Supply Chain Departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, after sales and Logistics). CPM team solves field and manufacture problems as fast as possible, always looking for product cost optimization. CPM is a key department to keep improving product integrity and Net Promoter Score. Your Impact Develop new systems, components, and cost-reduction initiatives for tractor platforms, ensuring innovation and efficiency. Ensure technical quality and meet project timelines while staying within budget targets. Address queries, suggestions, and complaints from both internal and external customers with appropriate actions. Conduct research to build organizational knowledge, apply problem‑solving skills, and manage design documentation including 3D models, 2D drawings, and production release materials. Maintain updated product BOMs, support prototype acquisition and assembly, and oversee the release and review of engineering designs. Benefits Medical and dental assistance. Meal and food vouchers. Your Experience and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in product development for automotive, truck, bus, tractor, or similar products, with knowledge of hardware or software development. Bachelor's in engineering and should be Registered in CREA. Proficiency in problem-solving and design tools such as 8D, DFMEA, DVP&R, FTA, DFMA, and CAD tools like CREO, NX, and Catia. Background working with suppliers and OEMs, along with engineering graduation and fluency in English. Strong product development experience, ability to work in factory environments, and skills in teamwork, communication, and adaptability to change. Personal traits: curious, hands‑on, and resilient.
