Human Resources Operations Specialist – Caterpillar Inc. Provides customer support, resolving customer requests and consultation on enquiries related to HR administrative processes and procedures. Responsibilities Contributes to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management. Provides an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes. Develops expertise across HR operational process areas and supports the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. Supports the maintenance of an HR Operations knowledge database and the gathering and reporting of HR operational metrics. Skill & Knowledge Requirements Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Employee Relations: Knowledge of employee relations rights and obligations; adherence to legal requirements. HR Policies, Standards and Procedures: Ability to uphold organizational and industry standards and policies regarding HR management. Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to advise managers in HR-related initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Pre-Advanced English. Prior HR experience – 1‑2 years (preferred). Experience in staffing, onboarding, payroll & benefits. Proficiency in Office 365. Experience with Workday ATS platform. Additional Information Travel up to 10% required. This position requires on‑site work five days a week.
