Essa função tem um impacto importante no ciclo de vida do produto, fornecendo análise técnica especializada e apoiando a implementação de aprimoramentos de hardware e software. A função envolve a colaboração com equipes globais de P&D para avaliar descobertas, desenvolver soluções e transferir conhecimento. É necessária uma presença ativa no campo para coletar informações diretamente no local, garantindo que os casos sejam documentados de forma estruturada e alinhados com os requisitos de P&D. A função exige interação com as equipes de engenharia e serviços para consolidar os requisitos técnicos, obter feedback e definir critérios de correção e aceitação. A conversão dessas informações em casos de teste claros e práticos é fundamental para garantir a confiabilidade e o desempenho do produto na região. Estamos procurando um perfil com experiência técnica, orientação para melhoria contínua e capacidade de colaborar em um ambiente dinâmico e global.

Responsabilidades

  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe de serviço em casos que ocorrem no campo.
  • Seguir a metodologia, os processos e os procedimentos de teste e garantir a precisão e a consistência da documentação de teste.
  • Projetar a documentação técnica para a região (LATAM) de acordo com os padrões da linha de produtos.
  • Organizar as atividades de engenharia de sustentação na região e fornecer a documentação necessária para apoiar o processo de ordem de mudança.
  • Apresentar as soluções da Vertiv para clientes, engenheiros consultores e conferências do setor.
  • Auxiliar a equipe de fabricação na regionalização de produtos de acordo com a orientação da Linha de Produtos.
  • Analisar aplicações específicas, fornecendo suporte e serviços ativos.
  • Promover e manter um ambiente de trabalho em equipe e colaboração o mais elevado possível.
Requisitos
  • Graduação completa em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica ou similar.
  • Experiência na área de Serviços.
  • Conhecimento na área de UPS Power : conversor de energia ou distribuição elétrica de baixa tensão.
  • Nível avançado de inglês.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais para treinamento, reuniões e testes.
  • Conhecimento em PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) ou processos relacionados, será considerado como um diferencial.
