Technical Support Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD Join Trilogy to support a portfolio of 100+ enterprise software products using AI‑driven customer support. Base pay: $30.00/hr ($60,000/year) for a full‑time contractor role. You'll be expected to deliver results immediately, navigate complex software environments without hand‑holding, and continuously elevate our AI capabilities with your human expertise. What You Will Be Doing Resolve sophisticated technical issues that exceed our AI system’s capabilities, applying deep analytical thinking and creative troubleshooting Identify patterns in complex customer problems to develop scalable solutions that can be integrated into our AI framework Master multiple enterprise software products rapidly, becoming a technical authority across diverse technologies Transform your specialized human insights into AI improvements that continuously enhance our support ecosystem What You Won’t Be Doing Handling basic, repetitive support tickets that our AI systems can resolve Following a gradual onboarding process – you will need to demonstrate expertise across multiple products within your first month Relying on management for solutions or direction – this role demands self‑sufficiency and proactive problem‑solving Working within the confines of traditional support structures with predictable challenges and established playbooks Key Responsibilities Seamlessly bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and complex human expertise to deliver exceptional customer outcomes that strengthen Trilogy’s reputation for technical excellence. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical customer support roles Demonstrable advanced proficiency with generative AI, including creating automation workflows and custom GPTs (basic usage for content creation or research is insufficient) Current residence in North or South America Exceptional self‑learning capabilities with demonstrated ability to master complex technical concepts independently Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
