Job Details Mobile Developer (React Native) – Mid / SeniorSalary: R$5.000 – R$10.000 • Remote • Full time. Overview Xtracky is a pioneering digital sales tracking platform created to provide precise and scalable tracking to affiliates, producers, and traffic agencies. We are expanding into mobile and seeking a highly modern, high‑performance app developer. Responsibilities Develop new features in React Native + TypeScript with a performance focus. Build responsive, pixel‑perfect, UX‑smooth screens. Integrate complex APIs, WebSockets, and secure authentication. Structure a modular, well‑architected app following best practices. Implement local persistence (MMKV, AsyncStorage, SQLite, WatermelonDB). Participate in the full build, signing, and publication flow for iOS and Android. Investigate and fix performance and stability issues. Collaborate with backend, product, and engineering to ensure consistent deliveries. Requirements React Native developer with real experience and published apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Advanced TypeScript skills, strong typing, clean code, and modular organization. Deep knowledge of the complete build and release process (certificates, provisioning profiles, App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Console, internal tracks, gradual rollout). Scalable state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, Jotai, Recoil). Pixel‑perfect screens, smooth animations, and stable navigation. Complex API integration, WebSockets, and secure authentication. Well‑structured app architecture (modularization, layering). Local persistence (MMKV, AsyncStorage, SQLite, WatermelonDB). Performance diagnostics and fixes (re‑renders, bridge, memory). Real publishing in the stores is mandatory – candidates not meeting this requirement will not be considered. Differentials CI/CD mobile (EAS, Fastlane, Bitrise, Codemagic). Native iOS/Android knowledge (bridges, custom modules). Advanced animations (Reanimated, Skia). Production monitoring (Sentry, Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics).
