As a member of Shift Technology's QA team, part of the greater tech team, you will be working on the whole QA process implementation on the Shift Technical platform (the core of all our products). Responsibilities Understand our clients' needs and establish the relevant test strategy to ensure that the product will fit Be part of a development team in Agile cycles to test new features and ensure product quality : analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes Identify and implement automated tests with development teams in Agile cycles Identify and implement automated tests in the QA validation phase Identify and set up automation frameworks for new types of tests Create and lead comprehensive test campaigns for your product Communicate with different teams (Developers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Project Managers) Organize and participate in comprehensive test campaigns on different products Drive and help establish best practices and testing processes by promoting a "test culture" inside the company Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent experience About 3 to 4 years of experience in QA and test automation ISTQB foundation Certified Experience with at least one of UI tests, backend tests, API tests, performance tests, stress tests and Automation Programming experience (Web UI, API, Data Pipelines) in any language is a plus Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution, and test case management tools Ability to identify and clearly document issues for resolution Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet goals and high-quality standards Team-focused, excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration Experience completing multiple complex technical projects Excellent communication and working proficiency in English (French is a plus) Recruitment Process HR Phone Screening (30 min) Interview with QA Engineer (1 hour) Interview with Dev Team Lead Interview with Hiring QA Manager (1 hour) Benefits Flexible remote and hybrid working options Competitive salary and a variable component tied to personal and company performance Company equity Focus Fridays, a half-day each month to focus on learning and personal growth Generous PTO and paid holidays 2 MAD Days per year (Make A Difference Days for paid volunteering) Additional benefits may be offered by country — ask your recruiter for more information.
