O Que Você Vai Fazer Liderar o planejamento e a execução dos projetos, garantindo alinhamento com escopo, prazos e orçamento acordados com o cliente. Atuar como ponto focal entre o cliente (global) e os times internos (Desenvolvimento, Dados, Produto), garantindo comunicação clara e decisões bem registradas. Organizar e conduzir cerimônias e rituais de acompanhamento (reuniões de status, dailies, reviews, etc.), assegurando visibilidade do andamento das entregas. Acompanhar riscos, impedimentos e dependências, propondo planos de ação e escalando temas críticos quando necessário. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho do projeto (cronograma, esforço, qualidade, satisfação do cliente) e preparar reports executivos periódicos. O Que Estamos Buscando Experiência prévia como Project Manager ou função similar em projetos de tecnologia. Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e gestão de backlog. Capacidade de conduzir reuniões com stakeholders de negócio e tecnologia. Experiência em gestão de cronograma, escopo, riscos e orçamento. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade de síntese para reports executivos. Inglês nível C1 para interação com cliente global. Será Um Diferencial Se Você Experiência em projetos envolvendo IA / Machine Learning / Data & Analytics. Atuação prévia com CRM (ex.: Salesforce) ou soluções B2B. Certificações em gestão de projetos (ex.: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, PSPO, SAFE). Experiência com times distribuídos e clientes internacionais.
