Ao assumir o cargo de Global IT Manager, você será responsável por aprimorar ferramentas e processos de forma a otimizar e agilizar uma entrega uniforme com fluidez absoluta na jornada do cliente.
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Gerenciar os produtos e sistemas de tecnologia, visando à aplicabilidade e gestão de novas API's e monitorando o retorno por meio de estruturação de métricas de performance;
- Definir o modelo de integração entre as aplicações e sistemas de acordo com requisitos e necessidades de negócio;
- Garantir, em conjunto com a área de e-commerce, uma experiência de compra consistente em todos os pontos de contato com o cliente, via canais digitais;
- Promover iniciativas de transformação digital com foco no alto desempenho e disponibilidade, identificando oportunidades e novos cenários;
- Identificar e propor projetos de melhoria de sustentação dos sistemas e gestão dos projetos e processos de desenvolvimento de software;
- Elaborar e acompanhar os indicadores de gestão e performance da área;
- Gerenciar Budget e contratos de fornecedores de desenvolvimento de softwares;
- Atuar como agente da mudança orientado a uma cultura digital, influenciando as demais áreas de negócio na utilização de metodologias ágeis e mindset digital.

- Formação Superior em Ciências da Computação ou áreas afim;
- Background em desenvolvimento de software Fullstack;
- Liderança em processos de Transformação Digital;
- Gestão de equipe multidisciplinar em ambiente ágil;
