Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to oversee direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden.

  1. The ideal candidate will prepare and file all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc.
  2. Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.
  3. Manage and respond to tax audits, coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
  4. Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.
  • Solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning;
  • Knowledge in Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders;

Language:

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency).
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must liaise with global teams.
