Company & Product An international company, which revolutionizes the security landscape for Linux web servers with the power of Artificial Intelligence, is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer & Product Owner to be a part of its team. The product of the company provides extended security support and vulnerability patching for end-of-life Linux distributions and widely used languages and frameworks, allowing organizations to continue using them safely beyond their official lifecycle. The organization has been on the market since 2009. The company's products are used by thousands of companies around the world. You will be working on the fastest-growing product. Role Overview As a Staff Engineer & Product Owner, you will own architecture, write production code daily (Python, Go), build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub), modernize and refactor legacy systems safely, lead technical decisions, set engineering standards, mentor the team, define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations, act as the main interface for teams relying on our automation tools, and lead a small engineering team of 4-5 engineers.
