Responsibilities Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas para reunir requisitos e priorizar funcionalidades com base no valor para o produto e na viabilidade técnica Definir e priorizar funcionalidades e requisitos do produto Criar e Manter backlog Ser responsável pelos prazos de lançamento das funcionalidades em várias entregas de resultado do produto Traduzir as necessidades do produto/negócio em requisitos detalhados para prototipagem e desenvolvimento final pelas equipes de UX e desenvolvedores Priorizar solicitações de funcionalidades, melhorias e defeitos Planejamento de Sprint e reuniões de Discovery com clientes Atuar como um especialista e ponto de contato para os nossos clientes Analisar e relatar o desempenho do produto, tomando decisões baseadas em dados para melhorar o produto e impulsionar o crescimento Requirements Localizado no Brasil (Remoto) Bacharel em Tecnologia (Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação e outros) Inglês e Português FLUENTE são imprescindíveis Experiência geral de 5 anos com pelo menos 2 anos de experiência como Gerente de Produto Sólido conhecimento em Gestão de Produtos e metodologias Ágeis Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração Proficiência em ferramentas de gestão de produtos (por exemplo, JIRA, Confluence, Whimsical) Criatividade, Comunicação e habilidades interpessoais para apresentar tanto a técnicos quanto a CXOs Benefits 100% Remoto Horários flexíveis Treinamentos e cursos na área Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
