Impact Sr. Associate/ Associate - Impact PositionSummary: To further Wadhwani Foundation's vision and outcomes, we are seeking an Sr. Associate/Associate - Impact to support the Foundation’s program’s strategy in measuring and evaluating the program's impact on its beneficiaries in Brazil.Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Impact,the incoming Sr. Associate/Associate will work closely with the Brazilian program teams to gather and manage data, assist in the evaluation processes, and ensure operational efficiency in the monitoring and evaluation of program impacts. We do this by learning alongside our beneficiaries and stakeholders, using a right mix of technical and practical experience, to deliver the data and insights our programs need, fast.About the Role: As an Sr. Associate/Associate - Impact, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operational execution of impact tracking & reporting for the programs at Wadhwani Foundation in Brazil. You will also play a pivotal role in incorporating learnings into our products and program, thereby enhancing, and expanding the influence of our work. Operational Excellence & Data Management- Assist in the creation and maintenance of frameworks for tracking and monitoring key process indicators of the WF programs- Support the development of WF program’s data and learning strategy, including maintaining and updating data dashboards- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, working closely with the data management team.- Facilitate easy access to data for the WSN program, ensuring teams can derive insights and understand progress Support in Strategy Execution- Collaborate with the Impact team to ensure data is collected, managed, and stored efficiently.- Work alongside the Program teams in developing short- and long-term impact measurement plans. Impact Sr. Associate/ Associate - Impact- Contribute to team-level reflection, learning processes, and data-driven insights to illustrate program progress and impact.- Ensure the WF program's data is well-documented and available for organizational reporting and discussions.About You: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, startup, social enterprise, or a corporate environment.- Demonstrated ability in data management, analysis, and deriving actionable insights.- Strong operational focus, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately- Comfort with technology, software, and data-driven tools- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English- Team-player with an orientation towards "Quality at Scale"- Good problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks Additional Desirable Skills- Prior experience of working with startups, skilling or livelihoods space- Experience working in diverse teams and cross-cultural environments You will be a valued member of our team if:- You are detail-oriented and ensure operational excellence- You are adaptable and can manage tasks with changing priorities- Embrace challenges and can work under tight timelines- Can collaborate with teams and contribute positively- Identify with the urgency of Wadhwani Foundation’s mission and are dedicated to its successB.
