Here you will work fully dedicated in the MES program together with colleagues from both the IT side, the business side, and external partners. We work agile with a very flat organizational structure and a high degree of empowerment and quick choices.Essentially, the MES program is a global program focusing on development and deployment of a global and standardized MES framework. You will work closely together with colleagues from our plants, AME, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT organizations as well as consultants from our external partners, to ensure the optimal use of the standard Grundfos MES system.People and Program Manager, Niels Østergaard Jensen says about this role: “_You will join a team of highly motivated and skilled people. We prioritize teambuilding and development, both on a personal level but of course also regarding your skillset and expertise.”_**Your main responsibilities**:As MES Senior Change Manager, you will work actively with the plants, where we have already implemented our standard Grundfos MES system. You will engage with the plant representatives and assist them in using the MES system in an optimal way. You will assist the plants in utilizing new features developed by your colleagues in the core team, including training in these new features and support in using them. You will gather the requests for changes to the system coming from the plants, and you will facilitate the MES Community. Finally, you will follow up on the realization of the business value.More specifically your key responsibilities will be to:- Drive the MES community- Gather, qualify and align requests for changes from the management, global functions divisions, plants, and lines- Optimize the use of MES at lines- Follow up on business value realization- Develop training plans- Ensure support strategy is updated- Facilitate risk management- Ownership of internal MES process landscape- Keeping yourself updates on digitalization projects in Grundfos.**Your background**:**You have a generalist’s mindset and take pride in delivering solutions that brings true value to the business. You most likely have a background from a global manufacturing company and have experience working with implementation of MES systems within discrete manufacturing.We image that you have:- A degree in engineering or business management.- 3-5 years professional experience from global companies.- Experience in organizational change management related to IT.- Experience with process improvement.- Experience with training.- Interest in or experience developing and deploying MES systems on enterprise level.- Solid experience in the Microsoft Office 365 portfolio.- You are fluent in English.On a personal level, being outgoing and great at networking will get you far. You know how to involve people around you and establish relations on all organizational levels aiming to build solid solutions. Effective communication skills allow you to be persistent while also navigating your many different stakeholders and their opinions, and finally, you know how to balance a holistic approach with going into details when necessary.You will be located in our Serbian office in Inđija.
