Project Manager for Interpretation Services The role involves managing multiple projects daily, interacting with clients via various communication channels, and collaborating with colleagues to meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include scoping, matchmaking, executing, and evaluating project profitability and client satisfaction. A bachelor's degree in a related field, fluency in English, and experience with CRM systems are required. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential. As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will be responsible for: Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through various means Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction Evaluating project profitability and identifying areas for improvement The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong candidates will have experience working with CRM systems, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing exceptional customer service.
