Job Description: As a Drivers Verification Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the OCS team to ensure efficient, high-quality processing. This position focuses on performance management, process optimization, and team development. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and performance targets. Monitor Online Checkout Specialists' (OCSs) performance using data and analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions. Evaluate and ensure the quality and consistency of OCSs' work through regular audits and feedback sessions. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for new and existing OCSs to enhance their skills and abilities. Supervise daily operations of the OCS team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established standards. Maintain compliance with production discipline, internal policies, and operational guidelines. Prepare and present performance reports for management review. Address staff inquiries, offering guidance and coaching to improve individual and team performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: You should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in PC operations, and confident use of office software. Proven experience with Google Workspace tools is essential, as well as solid management skills, including strategic planning and data analysis. Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent written communication skills, and translation skills or knowledge of additional languages are also desirable.
