Let's see what it takes What you will do Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries Always be up-to-date with the general market conditions Securely work with customers' sensitive information Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's performance What you need to succeed in this role Excellent Portuguese and upper intermediate English Previous support experience in crypto and trading for at least 6 months is a must Knowledge of major crypto exchanges, wallets, and trading platforms Familiarity with common crypto trading terms and concepts Understanding of blockchain technology and how cryptocurrencies work Experience with Salesforce / Zendesk / Jira Analytical and research skills Strong communication skills Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps‑download and 40 Mbps‑upload) Will be a great plus Financial / mathematical background Experience working with KPIs Benefits and Perks Flexible schedule Opportunity to work fully remotely Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends Paid intensive training and probation Work-life balance Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development Who we are SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
