Bachelors degree in law with active OAB registration; Fluent English; Minimum of 10 to 12 years of legal experience in multinational companies; Broad generalist background with solid expertise in contracts, corporate, litigation, labor, regulatory, and compliance matters; Strong analytical skills, business acumen, proactivity, and excellent communication abilities. Act strategically and consultatively, providing legal support to all business areas in Brazil and abroad; Lead and coordinate activities related to commercial, corporate, regulatory, labor, civil litigation, and general advisory matters; Manage and review national and international contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Support due diligence and M&A processes, actively participating in negotiations and deal structuring; Coordinate relationships with external law firms, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines; Work closely with business, compliance, and governance teams, providing strategic legal advice; Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, identify potential risks, and propose preventive measures; Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and the implementation of legal governance best practices.
