Description du poste
Durée du stage : 6 mois à partir de Janvier 2025.
En tant que stagiaire Revenue Manager & Business Analyst, vous assisterez le Head of Revenue dans ses missions afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaires et REVPAR de l’ensemble de nos hôtels des marques Mama Shelter et JO&JOE.
Activités relatives au poste :
- Suivi quotidien du pickup / annulations
- Maitrise du pricing réservations individuelles et groupes
- Préparation des budgets
- Préparation et animation des yield meetings
- Mise à jour quotidienne de rapports de suivi et d’indicateurs liés au revenu
- Suivi des tarifs de la concurrence
- Modifications de tarifs et de restrictions dans TARS
- Elaboration de prévisions
- Rédaction de comptes rendus de réunions & suivi des actions
- Contrôle de la qualité des données et mise en place d’actions correctives
- Analyses ponctuelles diverses
- Communication avec les autres services
- Préparation et consolidation de rapports
- Accompagnement des changements liés à la mise en place de nouveaux systèmes (BI Tool, PMS)
- Assiste la Direction RM et Pricing dans l’analyse de données ponctuelles
Compétences et qualités requises :
- Le détail est important pour vous, rien ne manque grâce à votre sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation.
- Doté d’un sens aigu de la communication, vous êtes diplomate et savez rassembler tous les services.
- De nature curieuse, vous êtes en veille constante sur ce qui vous entoure.
- Pour vous, la confidentialité est importante : ce qui se passe au Mama reste au Mama.
- Team Player, vous savez travailler en équipe : disponible, à l’écoute et réactif, vos collègues vous apprécient.
- Vous savez gérer la pression et le stress, prioriser les tâches.
- Vous avez une fibre commerciale sans pour autant être le “Loup de Wall Street ”
- Imbattable au Monopoly, vous savez mettre le bon prix au bon moment
- Négociateur de la famille, vous arriviez toujours à voir le film du dimanche soir.
- Vous savez utiliser les bons outils pour effectuer des reportings à votre direction : vos animations PowerPoint et vos tableaux Excel font des jaloux
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, vos collègues peuvent compter sur vous.
- Vous avez déjà une expérience en RM (stage).
- Vous avez une connaissance de TARS.
- Vous pouvez parler d’autres langues.
