We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to join CAF's team.

As the Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering the value of your product, looking at the strategy and bringing the best market opportunities for us to work on. Connect with customers and internal areas, ensuring the customer is the center and the return to the business.

What You'll Do

  • Position of extreme impact on the customer journey, responsible for enriching the flow with strategic data for greater intelligence and better decision-making;
  • Management of strategic partnerships in the global market;
  • Drive product development (from discovery to launch) focused on the global market;
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights;
  • Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value and priority;
  • Build strategies that generate value for the business and our users;
  • Develop a deep understanding of systems to support company stakeholders;
  • Actively collaborate with teams to continually review and improve current product usability functionality, and performance, including feature testing and troubleshooting;
  • Break down the product roadmap into a prioritized backlog considering the estimated impact;
  • Monitor the team's success metrics by proposing strategies to achieve OKRs;
  • Align and negotiate dependencies with other teams and partner areas for the success of the squad's deliveries;
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments for product evolution;
  • Maintain alignment of the team's deliveries and results with leadership, signaling risks and points of attention during this process.

What You'll Need
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • Experience in product management, delivering highly successful products;
  • Experience discovering, designing, launching and prioritizing digital product solutions;
  • Show the ability to define the product vision, understanding how it connects to the company's goals;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear and objective logical thinking;
  • Have solid experience with agile methodologies;
  • Ease of analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to create hypotheses and support decision making;
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort in discussing technology concepts.

More About You
  • Experienced to work in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and highly motivated to excel;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Good understanding of Fraud Prevention vertical;
  • Strong grasp of competitive landscape;
  • Good understanding of business (how to make the client successful);
  • English is required, Spanish is a plus.
