About the project Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Work with technology leaders and the product team to understand goals and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead architecture and design decisions for scalable, maintainable, and performant projects.
  • Administer AWS resources, create robust automations, and enhance internal processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the engineering team by developing and maintaining internal applications.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize code, databases, and resources for stability and performance.
  • Conduct validation tests and performance assessments, generate system reports with metrics, and advise on improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards.
What makes you the ideal candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer.
  • 6+ years of experience with Java.
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS services, including resource management, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • 3+ years of experience optimizing code, databases, and resources for performance and stability.
  • Lead architecture and design decisions for scalable, maintainable, and performant projects.
  • Experience with validation testing, performance assessments, and metrics reporting.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Golang is a plus.
  • Advanced English level required for collaboration with US clients and effective communication.
