Description

Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy company, is seeking an analytical Performance Marketing Manager to help manage, enhance, and develop the company's digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts and achieving our business goals. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing advertising spend across various digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of delivering strong ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve targeted KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and adjust ad spend, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust budgets based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI and content teams to improve landing page effectiveness and user experience to increase conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing elements.
  • Implement findings to improve campaign performance.
