**O Analista de Suporte Salesforce** faz parte da equipe de Vendas e Marketing que oferece suporte e desenvolve aplicativos para clientes internos.- O analista solucionará problemas e trabalhará com usuários finais para garantir que o Salesforce atenda às suas necessidades. Esta posição é responsável pelo gerenciamento, suporte e administração do ambiente Salesforce (nuvens de Vendas, Marketing e Comunidade) para implementar novos requisitos de negócios, ao mesmo tempo em que auxilia em novos projetos e iniciativas.- **Responsabilidades**:- Trabalhar com clientes internos para reunir requisitos e implementar alterações de configuração, dar suporte ao desenvolvimento de codificação e testes.- Trabalhar em backlog priorizado de solicitações de usuários- Seguir as diretrizes de Gerenciamento de Mudanças.- Manter-se atualizado sobre lançamentos, recursos e práticas recomendadas do Salesforce.- Fazer recomendações à Gerência e Consultores de Negócios sobre a melhor opção a ser implementada conforme apropriado.- Dar suporte a Projetos e Novas Iniciativas do Salesforce.- Seguir e entender Metodologias Ágeis (Kanban, Scrum, ).- Melhoria contínua mantendo o conhecimento e o treinamento atualizados.- **Habilidades primárias necessárias**:- Conhecimento profundo em administração do Salesforce- Objetos e campos- Segurança e compartilhamento (perfis e conjuntos de permissões, regras de compartilhamento...)- Ferramentas de automação (fluxos de trabalho, processos de aprovação, construtor de processos, fluxos...)- Código Apex- Mais de 2 anos de experiência no Salesforce- Capacidade de produzir bons documentos de design para fornecer soluções sólidas.- Capacidade de aprender rapidamente processos técnicos e funcionais.- Boa tomada de decisão e julgamento de negócios com foco no cliente.- Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e competências de trabalho em equipe- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas/análise.- Fluência em inglês- **Habilidades técnicas desejadas**:- Ferramentas de gerenciamento de versão do Salesforce (ant, conjuntos de alterações, Salesforce DX, Flosum)- Conhecimento das linguagens C# e Java- Ferramentas de CI/CD: Jenkins/Groovy/Azure DevOps
