Senior Full Stack Software Engineer We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our remote team and drive innovation. About the Role In this critical position, you will be a key contributor to our platform, designing and implementing features across the tech stack, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest security standards. Your Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, full-stack features from backend to frontend. Work independently on projects, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity best practices. Collaborate with our team to build impactful solutions that streamline staffing operations for our clients. Ideal Qualifications Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Python, 5+ years of experience building web applications (FastAPI, Django, or Flask), and 2+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue). Cybersecurity: Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. Communication: Must be able to work effectively with a distributed team and communicate technical concepts clearly. Bonus Points Experience with payments or fintech is highly desirable. Must be able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST). Interview Process Introductory Call – 15-30 minutes Meet with a member of our team for a brief conversation about your background and the role. Technical Deep Dive – 45-60 minutes Walk us through a feature or project you've built, focusing on code review, design decisions, improvements, and lessons learned.
