Quais são as responsabilidades da posição Atendimento a demandas operacionais dos gestores por e-mail (sistema de atendimento) e telefone; Resolução de ruídos e reclamações; Acompanhamento dos casos reclamados, evitando reincidências; Elaboração de planos de ação – melhoria contínua dos processos; Participar de reuniões e projetos estratégicos, com o objetivo de identificar necessidades específicas; Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas operacionais, na resolução rápida e dentro do SLA ao cliente; Elaboração de relatórios e demandas operacionais aos clientes e ao time comercial e responsável da área; Precisamos De Alguém Com Desejável experiência com atendimento ao cliente; Ser orientado ao cliente; Capacidade analítica; Ter uma atitude proativa, ter espírito de equipe, determinação, criatividade e resiliência; Organização e senso de dono; Comprometimento com entregas e alinhamento de expectativas; Perfil para solucionar problemas e ruídos operacionais; Inglês Intermediário; Excel Intermediário; Habilidade de comunicação assertiva oral e escrita; Pensamento inovador e de constante melhoria de processos; Graduação relacionada a área: Cursando ou Concluído; Disponibilidade para trabalhar de forma presencial próximo ao Metrô Vergueiro.
