Buscamos un perfil técnico senior que combine capacidad de diseño arquitectónico con ejecución. Estamos buscando un/a Desarrollador/a Backend Senior con experiencia sólida en Laravel PHP, MySQL y entornos AWS , para sumarse a nuestro equipo de ingeniería.

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar sistemas de gestión, motores de reglas de negocio, microservicios y automatización de procesos clave, creando nuevas funcionalidades utilizando tecnologías como PHP (Laravel), MySQL y NodeJS.

Tu enfoque estará en diseñar código modular, optimización continua de la performance y escalabilidad. Si te apasiona construir experiencias que impacten positivamente en la vida de las personas, queremos conocerte.

  • Diseñar y desarrollar APIs RESTful escalables, seguras y bien documentadas.
  • Participar en sesiones de arquitectura, diseño funcional y decisiones de producto.
  • Optimizar queries y estructura de base de datos MySQL para alta disponibilidad y performance.
  • Gestionar colas, jobs asíncronos, cache y tareas programadas (Laravel Horizon, Redis, etc.).
  • Desplegar y monitorear servicios en AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Colaborar con equipos de frontend, backend y QA bajo prácticas DevOps y CI/CD.
  • Proponer nuevas soluciones técnicas, patrones de diseño y automatización con IA.
  • Establecer buenas prácticas, proponer nuevas tecnologías, utilizar IA para mayor eficiencia en el desarrollo y diseñar soluciones de alta calidad.
  • Colaborar con el Product Manager y el Product Designer desde etapas tempranas de discovery para asegurar soluciones efectivas a los problemas.
  • Definir arquitectura de las soluciones y mejores prácticas de desarrollo (confección de ERDs).

Requisitos y habilidades

  • +5 años de experiencia como desarrollador backend.
  • Experiencia comprobable en Laravel PHP 8+, Eloquent, Service Providers, y Unit Testing.
  • Experiencia práctica en AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de Git, pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions o similares) y control de versiones por ramas.
  • Familiaridad con arquitecturas escalables, APIs REST, seguridad y mejores prácticas.
  • Se valora experiencia en colas (Redis, RabbitMQ), mensajería, logging distribuido y monitoreo.
  • Conocimientos de Docker y uso de IA en desarrollo (vibe coding).
