Estamos em busca de um talentoso UX Designer Pleno para se juntar à nossa equipe e contribuir para o aprimoramento da experiência do usuário em nossa plataforma Fidelizou.me. **Responsabilidades**:
- Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para entender os objetivos do produto, as oportunidades e dores dos usuários e os requisitos técnicos.
- Desenvolver wireframes, fluxos de usuário, protótipos interativos e mockups de alta qualidade que demonstram a funcionalidade e a experiência visual da plataforma.
- Realizar pesquisas de usuário, análise de concorrência e avaliações de usabilidade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
- Propor soluções criativas que resolvam desafios de design e atendam às necessidades dos usuários, equilibrando estética e funcionalidade.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com desenvolvedores para garantir a implementação precisa dos designs e a consistência da experiência do usuário.
- Contribuir para a evolução das diretrizes de design e padrões da empresa, garantindo a coerência visual em toda a plataforma.
**Requisitos**:
- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência com design de experiência do usuário, preferencialmente em empresas SaaS ou produtos web.
- Portfólio sólido que demonstra sua capacidade de criar designs de interface atraentes e funcionais, incluindo processos de design e casos de estudo.
- Experiência em ferramentas de design, como Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, ou similares.
- Conhecimento sólido em princípios de design centrado no usuário, usabilidade, arquitetura de informação e Design System.
- Habilidades de comunicação excepcionais e capacidade de apresentar e defender suas ideias de design perante equipes internas e stakeholders.
- Familiaridade com conceitos de pesquisa de mercado, análise de concorrência e tendências de design.
- Formação em Design de Interface, Design de Interação, Design Gráfico ou área relacionada (graduação é um plus).
- Ter um portfólio com os projetos de UX Design que você já fez.
Remuneração e Contratação: fixo a combinar - contratação PJ - 8h30min por dia em regime PRESENCIAL
Trabalhamos de segunda à sexta das 8:30 às 18:00 na Av. Otto Niemeyer, 2260.
Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Autônomo / PJ
Duração do contrato: 12 meses
Salário: a partir de R$2.000,00 por mês
