Define pricing strategies and margin policies for spare parts;

3+ years of experiencein the automotive/aftermarket sector;

Implement quality framework for customer service (phone, chat, e-mail, social media);
Define and monitor KPIs (CSI, SSI, NPS, FRFT);
Conduct audits, call monitoring, and team training;
Lead continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate/MBA is a plus);

Implement the Quality System across the dealership network;

Prepare and maintain After Sales technical documentation;
