Senior Technical Program Manager – Remote

Location : Brazil

The RDE Release Management team is hiring a Senior technical program manager who will help support the release trains and be responsible for managing releases for these products. RM Support includes release coordination, scheduling, managing timelines, app submissions, and the publishing of apps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical operations and workflows that give the organization a competitive edge and improve developer efficiencies

7 to 10 years of experience supporting a full development life cycle for Android, Apple Web, or other platform ecosystems.

Must have app submission experience in one of the major app store portals

Responsibilities
  • Oversee release management functions within the product development environment to enable delivery of high-quality service to end users and ensure releases meet business needs.
  • Establish and manage expectations with executive stakeholders and drive engineering teams to a high standard.
  • Coordinate releases across platforms and teams, including scheduling, change management, and reporting on release artifacts.
  • Coordinate dependencies and release planning with frontend (iOS, Android, Web, Roku CTV SDK) and backend engineering and QA teams.
  • Drive improvements in the Release Engineering pipeline with automated tracking and reporting on JIRA items, sprint scope, bug reports, test reports, and release notes.
  • Support global product launches through scalable automated release pipeline workflows leveraging CI/CD and QA automation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in change management processes.
  • Experience in large-scale global product launches with a scalable automated release pipeline.
  • Operational and release management experience in an agile framework within a media or technology company is preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams comprising product engineering, QA, and operations functional areas.
