Senior Personnel Logistics Analyst

You will be responsible for programming and providing necessary logistics arrangements for onboarding/offboarding of Saipem's employees.
**About the role**
- Act as a Focal Point for changing crews and moving offshore personnel.
- Prepare crew change according to the established rotation and Operations schedule planning.
- Schedule/Book Ground Transportation, Meet & Greet, Hotels.
- Assist in verifying the necessary documentation for Check-in, Visas and work permits in Brazil.
- Be in frequent contact with the Project vessels to align information and schedules.
- Maintain active control in the Saipem and Customer system (if necessary).
- Assist in the preparation and review of Procedures, Scopes of Work and Service Agreements.
- Develop and execute the various controls, task sheets and checklists.
- Interactions with internal and external customers.
**About you**
- Previous experience in O&G companies with personnel logistics services (aerial, hotel, ground transportation).
- Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.
- Flexibility to perform in the various tasks that involve the routine of personnel logistics.
- Good communication and proactive skills.
- Multitask skills (with administrative and operational mix).
- Availability to be relocated and to work anytime (night shift when necessary).
- Work under pressure, being able to deliver the demands within the established deadlines.
- Advanced written and spoken English language.
