We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team in Brazil.

This role will involve working with a North American client's engineering team to elevate their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.

As an experienced developer, you will focus on automation-first solutions to support the client's growing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience working independently and remotely, and expertise in building AI agents.

Key technologies include JavaScript, React.js, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and system connectivity.

Bonus qualifications include background in customer support teams or technical operations roles.
