Experience in technical support, consulting, or IT, or a Bachelor's in Computer Science, with 3+ years in Microsoft Security Administration and Configuration.Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified:
Security, Compliance, and Identity (e.G., SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500).Certifications like CISSP, Security+.Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related, or equivalent experience.Experience in Microsoft security roles.About You:
Leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, client focus, trust-building, multitasking, resilience under pressure.What You'll Do:
Support and resolve security incidents involving Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, AD, and Microsoft 365.Investigate identity and access policies, address SIEM alerts, and resolve hybrid identity challenges.Own and troubleshoot complex customer issues, collaborate across teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing and product improvements.Learn More & Benefits:
