About The Team / Role The Finance Operations team ensures accurate and timely reconciliation and settlement with merchants in our grocery business. Acting as a bridge between commercial, finance, and product teams, this role supports the design and optimization of financial workflows, helping to ensure reliability, transparency, and compliance across all merchant payment processes. As a Merchant Finance & Reconciliation Analyst, you will assist in end-to-end reconciliation, support process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Supporting merchant reconciliation and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. Tracking exceptions and assisting in the resolution of billing and payment discrepancies. Helping to map and improve internal workflows related to finance operations. Collaborating with finance, legal, product, and commercial teams to align on process and compliance standards. Assisting in the design and documentation of finance operation procedures for new business models. Providing analytical support for reports, dashboards, and performance tracking. Helping gather business requirements and supporting system improvements for billing and reconciliation tools. We're eager to be in touch because you have... 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, reconciliation, accounting, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines. A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, with curiosity about financial systems and product integration. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with billing or ERP systems is a plus.
