Finance Assistant Belo Horizonte, Brazil Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Finance and Sales Industry : Professional Services Responsibilities Enter and schedule payments in the financial system. Issue receipts and monitor the completion of payments. File physical and digital documents related to payments. Keep records updated and organized for audits. Assist in verifying bank statements and financial entries. Report inconsistencies to the analyst or direct supervisor. Respond to questions about payment deadlines and status. Forward requests for analysis or approval. Monitor due dates and ensure payments are made on time. Alert about pending items or overdue documents. Participate in improvements to the accounts payable processes. Qualifications Student of Accounting Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration. Technical degree in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration. Knowledge of the Sapiens system is considered an advantage. Why Ausenco?
