No Rei do Pitaco, tecnologia e esporte se encontram. Nosso time trabalha para construir sistemas backend modernos, de alta performance e prontos para suportar milhões de usuários. A vaga é 100% remota, com escritório em São Paulo disponível para encontros presenciais. A Inteligência Artificial faz parte da rotina com ferramentas como Cursor, Claude Code e Devin.

O que você vai fazer
  • Projetar, implementar e manter sistemas backend confiáveis e escaláveis, assumindo responsabilidade end to end
  • Resolver problemas complexos com soluções criativas e de alta performance
  • Escrever e colaborar em RFCs para decisões técnicas e padrões de excelência
  • Colaborar com times multifuncionais para alinhar soluções técnicas às necessidades do negócio
  • Garantir qualidade de código com revisões, testes automatizados e boas práticas
  • Evoluir continuamente a plataforma, propondo melhorias estruturais e tecnológicas
O que buscamos
  • Capacidade comprovada de projetar e implementar sistemas confiáveis e escaláveis
  • Sólido entendimento de sistemas distribuídos e arquitetura de software
  • Experiência com alta escala e eventos em tempo real usando Kafka e WebSocket
  • Vivência em cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure) e cultura de automação
  • Habilidade de aprender novas linguagens rapidamente (Rust, Go, Python, etc.)
  • Comunicação clara e eficaz, com espírito colaborativo
Desejável
  • Experiência em Rust em produção ou forte interesse em aprender
  • Capacidade de desenhar sistemas modernos do zero
  • Histórico de melhorias técnicas que elevaram desempenho e confiabilidade
