The Professional Services Specialist is a highly trained product expert responsible for end-to-end product deployment.
**All you need is...**:
- Experience in requirement discussion with Customer/Commercial/Business Team is must;
- Responsible for Configuration of Tariff, SO, PO, AUTs, Discounts, Notification, Balance, RC, NRC, Location Relation, Usage Items, Usage Plans, LRN, USSD/PCN, VAS Codes configuration, and Journaling Configuration, solution design Configuring the product solution as per business specifications and participating in discussion of technical solutions with customers;
- Roaming configuration (Operator, Partnership, Agreement, Account TAP-IN & TAPOUT, and Guiding Rule);
- version Propagation, Taking URE traces on SLU and DSLU for Voice, SMS, and Data;
- Perform the Journaling code configuration for new RC, NRC. Usage items, Discounts, and adjustments;
- Knowledge of C1 or Kenan is an advantage;
- Should possess good knowledge on SQL/PL-SQL and DB Tuning (added advantage)and also have experience in automation of manual tasks.
