You'll lead a development team, set high standards for software design and implementation, and ensure the delivery of sophisticated, efficient software solutions.What you will doDefine the technical direction and strategy for C++ development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead and manage a team of C++ developers, setting clear objectives and promoting professional growth. Oversee the entire development lifecycle of C++ applications, from concept to deployment and maintenance. Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on advanced C++ and related technologies. Stay at the forefront of C++ development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Facilitate communication between the C++ development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success. What we are looking for7+ years of experience with C++. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong experience in application security best practices. Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications. Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. Advanced level of English.
