Unlock the Potential of Reinforcement Learning with Our FastAPI Development Lead Opportunity We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the development of high-performance APIs, leveraging their expertise in Python and FastAPI to power cutting-edge RL experiments and simulations. This is a challenging role that requires 3+ years of experience in Python development, including 2+ years of hands-on FastAPI work for high-performance backends . You should have 1+ year of team leadership experience mentoring teams of 5+ developers , be able to review code, give constructive feedback, and maintain high coding standards through PR merges. The ideal candidate will possess: Expert-level knowledge of FastAPI (Flask/Django helpful but not essential) A strong background in designing RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and managing full API lifecycles Solid understanding of engineering best practices, including test automation, CI/CD, Git workflows, and scalable architecture patterns Familiarity with NumPy and Pandas; exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch is beneficial Nice-to-have familiarity with Reinforcement Learning environments (OpenAI Gym, Gymnasium, Stable Baselines) and exposure to deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow would be advantageous.
