Collaboration with the marketing team and the ability to contribute strategically over time are key aspects of the role.This is a full-time, fully remote position for Latin America-based applicants within ±2 hours of Eastern Standard Time (NYC).**Responsibilities**:- Analyze trends and derive actionable insights- Develop durable data models using SQL and dbt (not ad hoc)- Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and align data solutions with marketing objectives- Work in SQL with Snowflake and dbt**Requirements**:- 1+ years of experience analyzing, modeling, and deriving actionable insights from marketing data- Proficiency in SQL and dbt- Working knowledge and experience with Snowflake- Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow using various tools- Versatility and ability to adapt and take on new challenges- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience- Strong communication skills to effectively work with internal teams and stakeholders- Excellent written and verbal English skills**Preferred qualifications**:- General understanding of marketing concepts and terminology- Willingness to proactively offer insights and propose alternative approaches over time- Experience with A/B testing- 2+ years analyzing, modeling, and deriving actionable insights from marketing data- 2+ years of experience with SQL and Snowflake- 1+ years of experience with dbt**Benefits**:- Fully remote- Flexible Schedule- Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)- Paid parental/bereavement leave- Worldwide recognized clients to build skills for an excellent resume- Top-notch team to learn and grow withBackground checks may be required for certain positions/projects.Blue Orange Digital is an equal-opportunity employer.
