Responsibilities: Own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Develop and optimize email marketing flows, newsletters, and automations. Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. Explore new channels, markets, and test initiatives in pilot cities before scaling. Create case studies, sponsorship proposals, and pitch bold ideas to expand reach. Collaborate closely with founders and the remote team; maintain communication via Slack. Qualifications: Analytical, structured thinker with creative copy skills. Experience with data‑driven marketing, email automation, and performance analysis. Strong understanding of digital advertising, testing, and scaling. Excellent attention to detail and self‑motivation to execute. Fast mover, collaborator, and growth‑oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal meetings. Contract Details: USD 1,400 per month. 25 hours per week. Part‑time, remote. We value fast, focused work over high salary.
