Direct message the job poster from Lenovo Overview The Project Analyst will help the Program Manager to coordinate the execution of embedded software projects, controlling and monitoring the progress of the work. This person will also be responsible for controlling all the requirements, stories, tasks and other project components, working together with the stakeholders on the proper prioritization. Will conduct the development team follow-up, Planning meeting, Review, and Retrospective meetings; Will manage the project backlog, prepare the Project Status Reports, and conduct weekly status reports with the sponsors, based in Brazil, China, and USA. This person will have contact with other Geos to discuss new requirements, meetings, and creating synergy between Brazilian software development projects and the stakeholders/sponsors. Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of embedded software projects; monitor progress; manage requirements, stories, tasks and other project components; prioritize with stakeholders. Conduct development team follow-up, Planning meetings, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage the project backlog, prepare Project Status Reports, and conduct weekly status reports with sponsors across Brazil, China, and the USA. Collaborate with other Geos to discuss new requirements and create synergy between Brazilian software development projects and stakeholders/sponsors.
