**Position Summary**:
The Producer is responsible for executing various UFC Production initiatives and projects, including cable/network TV shows/specials, digital programming, content development, feature production, and advertising collateral in all media.
**Please note that this job is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Line producer for UFC studio initiatives, both live and taped programming.
- Coordinates with other staff producers, editors and graphic artists to produce high quality UFC programming that is entertaining, informative and promotional.
- Works with production vendors and media partners on programming projects. Provides guidance, elements and quality assurance during production and delivery.
- Produces shows/specials for network/cable partners, for domestic and international distribution.
- Creation of new, unique content by presenting and writing show proposals for production initiatives
- Assists in production of UFC studio shows, airing on non-network, and digital platforms, from creation phase through execution of content.
- Produces features for Contender Series, PPV telecasts, pre and post shows, specialty programming, press conferences and special events.
- Works within strict deadline demands on distribution of formats/rundowns.
- Writes scripts for cold opens, teases, features and promotional spots.
- Leads and manages multiple production projects with innovative solutions, working with internal and external resources.
- Communicates production and programming schedules to various marketing contacts within the company to devise proper promotional support.
- Maintains fiscal oversight for all assigned projects.
- Creates and manages project formats and content.
- Ensures proper production projects with innovative solutions, working with internal and external resources.
- Ensures proper production support and resolves production issues as they arise.
- Reviews assigned programming for legal issues and works with legal department on clearances and releases.
- 18. Expected to harmoniously work with edit crew related to specific job assignments
- Other duties as assigned.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years television production experience.
- 5+ years producing experience in studio, or remote, environments
- 3+ years demonstrated writing experience.
- Very high level of creativity.
- Management experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and responsive to evolving and changing business objectives.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Motivated leader with the ability to work within a team and independently.
- Ability to travel frequently.
