The Brazil Payments Team is looking for an experienced Payments Program Manager to help drive payment product launches for Amazon Brazil to increase payment acceptance and customer experience. You will be responsible for improving the experience of new and existing Amazon customers as they navigate through their purchase experience. This opportunity also requires problem-solving, project management, data analytics, and exceptional communication skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time. Expect to dive deep into customer metrics, competitive benchmarking, and other relevant data to inform Amazon payment execution. You will engage with both external vendors and internal stakeholders. You will help chart the course of creating new products and services that solve real problems for both internal and external customers.
