We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Safety Technician to be part of a fast-moving, international team in the gaming-studio sector, helping build and maintain a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your mission Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyse root causes, and follow up on corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Develop and deliver occupational health & safety (OHS) training, awareness sessions, and workshops across the organization. Manage and control use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protection systems; ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain mandatory OHS records and documentation, including compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. NR-4). Provide guidance to operational teams on safety standards and risk controls for day-to-day activities. Participate in emergency drills, evacuation exercises, first-aid readiness, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure OHS compliance across sites. Who were looking for Qualified as a Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho (or equivalent), with valid registration under relevant Brazilian safety regulation frameworks (e.g. NR-4, Annex II). 35 years of experience in occupational safety roles, ideally in industrial, high-risk, or fast-paced environments. Solid knowledge of Brazilian safety and OHS legislation (NR-1, NR-4, NR-5, NR-6, etc.), with practical experience in inspections, risk assessment and safety audits. Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills, comfortable working with documentation, compliance standards, and training delivery.
