The Role As MetaCTO’s Content Marketing Manager , you’ll own the storytelling engine that powers our brand growth. You’ll transform client wins, technical breakthroughs, and leadership insights into content that attracts leads, strengthens partnerships, and builds authority in the mobile and AI ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, project managers, and engineers to uncover the real value behind our projects and turn it into stories that resonate with startups and product leaders worldwide. What You’ll Do 1. Case Studies & Success Stories Interview clients and engineers to capture narratives of innovation and measurable results. Write 1–2 high‑quality case studies per month showcasing MetaCTO’s speed, scalability, and impact. Collaborate with design and marketing to publish across MetaCTO.com, Clutch, and partner platforms. 2. Newsletters & Email Marketing Plan and write monthly newsletters highlighting product launches, insights, and client stories. Test subject lines, visuals, and calls‑to‑action to maximize engagement. Analyze performance data and recommend improvements for future campaigns. 3. Content Strategy & Operations Maintain a 90‑day content calendar covering website, email, and social channels. Align content themes with MetaCTO’s strategic initiatives—AI enablement, rapid MVPs, app monetization, and platform growth. Streamline workflows and templates to make content production fast and repeatable. 4. Brand & Voice Development Maintain a consistent brand tone—clear, confident, and optimistic. Ensure all content reflects MetaCTO’s values: clarity, speed, and technical depth. 5. Analytics & Optimization Track key performance metrics and present quarterly reports on content effectiveness. Identify new opportunities for SEO growth and inbound lead generation. Key Objectives (Quarterly OKRs) O1: Strengthen MetaCTO’s credibility through storytelling – Publish 4+ new case studies per quarter, increase engagement and shares, expand visibility on partner and client platforms. O2: Build and engage an audience of potential clients and partners – Launch a monthly newsletter with strong engagement, grow email subscribers and LinkedIn followers, generate inbound leads through content. O3: Systematize and scale content production – Establish templates and workflows, reduce leadership time on content creation by 50%. Ideal Candidate Based in Brazil , fluent in English and Portuguese . 3–6 years of experience in B2B tech or agency content marketing . Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical achievements into business value. Proven experience writing case studies, newsletters, or blog content for software or AI companies. Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Notion, Google Analytics, LinkedIn). Bonus: familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) or SEO best practices.
