Responsibilities
  • As Talent Acquisition Manager, lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals.
  • Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function (team of over 50).
  • Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process and enhance employee well-being.
  • Align Talent Acquisition processes with other area managers to stay current and effective.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the team.
  • Analyze data to assess and improve recruiting and staffing processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading operational leaders.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
  • Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
  • Advanced level of English.
