Senior Recruiter at BairesDev

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay close attention to detail. What You Will Do:

1. Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
2. Obtain accurate information related to the profile and requirements of the openings.
3. Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
4. Present candidates to clients and leads.
5. Work with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities in different accounts.
6. Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills, with multitasking ability.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
