You'll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid social campaigns that drive growth for fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands across global markets. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a world‑class creative team and make a measurable impact through data‑driven storytelling. What the Role Entails You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms from setup to analysis. Your role includes audience research, creative testing, and campaign optimization to achieve performance goals. You will monitor data, identify insights, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and engagement. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams will be essential to align visuals, copy, and targeting with campaign objectives. You will stay up to date with platform changes, advertising trends, and emerging digital tools. Who Texonica Alliance Is Looking For Performance marketer with one to three years of experience managing paid social campaigns. Hands‑on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools. A strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad testing, and conversion tracking. Ability to balance analytical thinking with creativity, thrive in a collaborative setting, and bring a proactive mindset to every project.
