Cloud Application Developer We seek a seasoned cloud developer to spearhead our private cloud application's development and support. Design, develop, and implement high-performance cloud technologies using Python as the primary programming language. Develop and deliver top-notch solutions and code that meet our rigorous quality standards. Investigate and resolve complex issues reported during testing and customer integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile software development process. Work on containerization, virtualization, and fault-tolerant/carrier-grade development projects. Contribute to a highly available orchestration platform used for deploying private cloud platforms worldwide. Requirements: Proficient backend development skills (Python) and knowledge of Linux fundamentals. Moderate understanding of hardware, processes, programs, and Linux Operating System components. Ability to work efficiently on the command line and with files. Knowledge of system security, including users/groups and file permissions. Experience with version control systems like GIT, Jira, Gitlab, and code review tools. Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Linux Containers, etc.). Proficiency in Kubernetes Cluster Administration (design infrastructure involving one or more Kubernetes clusters, configure, control, and monitor). Experience with Helm package manager.
