Techincal Assistant: Flow Assurance Systems (Entry-Level)

Job Purpose

This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop essential skills for a successful career. Success in this role requires the ability to learn and demonstrate basic skills needed for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Flow Assurance Analysis: Identify and analyze scenarios specific to our oil production systems, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation.
  2. Project Administration: Assist in daily project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  3. Engineering Support: Participate in engineering activities such as requisitioning, procurement, subcontracting, expediting, testing, operations, and logistics, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to contractual requirements.
  4. Reporting and Risk Management: Provide regular updates to project management and operational supervisors on activities, deviations, and potential risks, enforcing QHSES policies within areas of responsibility.
  5. Group Operations Support: Collaborate with group operating centers and project partners to ensure smooth execution of assigned work.
  6. Contractual Documents: Assist in preparing contractual documents, providing necessary information and data for disciplinary activities within areas of responsibility.
  7. Equipment Lists: Participate in defining equipment lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree, preferably in Chemistry or Petroleum.
  • Professional experience in engineering or related fields.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience working in team-oriented environments with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Desirable: Experience with simulation and analysis software such as OLGA, AlphaSim, PipeSim.
