At HYPR, we build decision infrastructure grounded in real economic activity. We’re looking for a People Business Partner with a strong focus on People Analytics to bring the same level of rigor to how we make people and organizational decisions. This role exists to connect workforce data to business outcomes — not to run HR rituals. What you’ll do - Build, monitor and analyze people analytics metrics (headcount, turnover, performance, engagement, cost and productivity) - Develop dashboards and analytical outputs to support leadership decision-making - Partner with leaders to provide data-driven insights on team structure, performance and efficiency - Connect people metrics with business metrics such as revenue, delivery and growth - Support performance cycles, feedback and development processes with analytical inputs - Identify organizational patterns, risks and opportunities through data - Work closely with leadership, finance and operations to ensure alignment between people, cost and strategy What we’re looking for - Experience in a People Partner, HRBP or similar role with strong exposure to analytics - High analytical capability and comfort working with data, spreadsheets and metrics - Business mindset and ability to translate data into clear recommendations - Clear, objective and evidence-based communication - Autonomy, ownership and strong organizational skills Nice to have - Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar) - Background in tech companies, startups or high-performance environments - Exposure to performance management, compensation or org design analytics This role is for people who trust data over assumptions and focus on real impact rather than process for process’ sake.
